Module 1: LIFE
During this module we will study and learn how to implement Yoga into Life. We will discuss the 8 limbs of Yoga and other basic philosophical guidelines.

Application Requirements
Applications must include all of the following items, delivered in a sealed package or emailed to Amanda@shivacentreslc.com.Incomplete applications will not be considered for acceptance.
- Completed application form including all approval and recommendation forms.
- Letter of Recommendation from an employer or mentor (non-family).
- $580 deposit. Deposit will be applied toward tuition if accepted and refunded if not accepted. If you are paying the deposit by check or money order, please make it payable to Shiva Centre and attach to the application. Please note: if you wish to pay in full at the time of application, fill in the appropriate amount and method of payment in the “Payment Information” section of the Teacher Training Application.

Acceptance Notification
Applicants who have been accepted will be notified via e-mail. If you do not use e-mail regularly, contact Amanda Buist (801) 485-5933 . Accepted applicants must confirm their acceptance immediately via e-mail or telephone.
Tuition & Payments
Total tuition for the Shiva Centre 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Program is $2900. Participants must pay their remaining balance (less the $580 deposit) in full 14 days prior to the start date of Teacher Training. Tuition Refunds
Cancellations received 14 days prior to the start of the training will receive $580 credit towards a future teacher training. The remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the start of teacher training will forfeit the $580 deposit, but the remaining balance will be refunded. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing.
