We believe in the practice of yoga, in all of its benefits, and want you to be able to sustain a healthy practice irregardless of your financial situation. If pricing is prohibitive for your practice, please just tell the front desk what you'll be paying for class that day. If you have extra time on your hands, you may want to check out our Karma Yoga work-exchange program. Contact our studio manager, Amanda with any questions you may have.

Workshops & Special Events

While you can drop-in and pay what you can for most classes, and most classes do not require pre-registration, our workshops and special events are handled a bit differently. The following guidelines have been developed to ensure that everyone is able to enjoy all of the events to the absolute fullest.

• Pre-register in advance for any events that you wish to attend. This allows us to make sure both Flow Yoga and the presenter are prepared for the correct amount of attendees.
• On the day of the event please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start time to allow time to get situated. We start all of our events on time.
• If you have not pre-paid or pre-registered for the event we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time. It is also recommended that you call the location to ensure that there are openings.
• Please remember to turn off your cell phone during events and classes. This is a great time to “unplug” and enjoy your time.
• Please be sure to bring your own journaling or note taking supplies, including a writing utensil, if necessary.
• During the event there will be an Flow Yoga ambassador on site. If you need anything please let them know.

Methods of Payment

We accept major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) as well as cash and checks.

Membership / Pass Expiration Policy

Membership Policies: Multi-class, One Month and Monthly Unlimited Yoga passes purchased at the Flow Yoga are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are valid for the time indicated for that pass. Exceptions to the expiry date of multi-class passes are permitted only due to illness or injury. If this applies to you, please inform the Studio immediately, so we may credit you for the amount of time/classes you will miss, starting from the date you informed us. For a auto-pay Monthly Unlimited memberships, after 90 days, you may cancel any time with only 30 days written notice.  If you do not cancel, you will continue to be billed on a monthly basis at our Monthly Unlimited Payment Rate.

Cancellations

If for some reason Flow Yoga must cancel the event, we will refund your deposit/payment, apply it to the rescheduled event, or issue a store credit to you, at our discretion. If a student needs to cancel their participation in an event the following options are available to them:

• For cancellations at least two weeks prior to the start of the event, the student can request a Flow Yoga store credit for the amount paid less any applicable deposit amount for the program. 
• For cancellations less than two weeks prior to the start of the event, the student may request a Flow Yoga store credit for the amount paid less any deposit amount and a 20% change fee.
• For cancellations 24 hours or less before the event, no refunds or credit will be given.
