This is a wonderful experience to help your little ones grow into their bodies and relationships with greater mindfulness, confidence, compassion and creativity.

Kids today are increasingly surrounded by stress at younger and younger ages. From social pressure to standardized tests and over-scheduling, kids need a way to unwind, come back to center and get back in touch with simplicity. Yoga is an amazing tool to guide this journey.

Our highly skilled, professional kids yoga staff led by kids yoga master teacher, Brandi Allen, are trained specifically to work with children. We use educational games, storytelling, nursery rhymes, crafts, and creative visualization techniques to teach yoga poses and meditation in a fun, accessible and age appropriate way.

Cost: $9/class per person. Kids Yoga 8 class-pass $56 per person (valid 3 months). Class passes may not be shared between siblings.

Flow Kidz Teacher Training

Join master Kids Yoga teacher Brandi Allen for the first formalized Kids Yoga Teacher Training (KYTT-certified) program in Utah. Brandi has been teaching children for 15 years and is recognized as one of the top kids yoga instructors in the state. We are thrilled to offer this amazing opportunity to the community of teachers, parents, and those who desire to share the gift of yoga with children.

Flow Kidz Teacher Training is for people interested in bringing Kids Yoga to their classroom, and for families wishing to incorporate family yoga at home or in the neighborhood. More information, training details and registration.
