Melissa's classes support and expand the creative journey of every soul by developing intuitive awareness and honoring each student's unique abilities. yoga has made her flexible and continued to fascinate her. She
certified to teach vinyasa flow yoga in 1998 at The White Lotus
Foundation and has taught in Salt Lake since then; her journey continues now in the fellowship of Flow Yoga. When not involved with yoga, two black dogs) keep her walking and hiking, while he rthree cats tutor her in proper stretching techniques. Her spare time is spent reading to the point of eye strain. In sharing the humor, philosophy and health benefits of yoga, Linda travels her own yoga path and cheers on the progress of her yoga friends and students. |
